I’m working on florals for Spring Summer 13 today and it’s pretty spring-like out of the studio windows today too. Inspired by this ‘perfect wedding guest’ @Asos dress, which is impossible to find despite being featured in Grazia and Elle this month (oh, maybe that’s why!).
I’m crediting this lovely weather for the surge of engagement/wedding announcements, need to find the dress before all the big days! No more hail and snow please, spring has officially sprung.
It’s been a busy little month! I spent the first half beavering away in the studio rounding up all my projects and finishing work before I jollied off to New York.
We spent seven days wandering around Manhattan and Brooklyn, we stayed here, ate way to many of these and this fab book and our amazing pals Dav and Joel were our guides.
I totally heart New York.
I had a lovely birthday yesterday, the sun shone, I ate and drank (a bit too much) with my lovely pals and after I’d had enough glasses of wine to be totally cool with turning twenty-old (eight) I was very merry!
